You can use the Hydromassage Lounge fully clothed and control which areas of your body you would like to target with a touch screen interface. You can target up to 60 different area of your body with the Hydromassage ensuing a customized experience.

Lymphatic Massage

Delivered in our comfortable lounge chairs in our beautiful lounge area using Normatec Recovery Boots. Leggings or cotton paints and a loose top would be most appropriate when receiving this massage. Relax back and consume one of our herbal teas while relaxing in our recovery boots. Bring your Airpods or headphones and lay back and and meditate while our recovery boots get your legs back in tip top shape.

O2 Therapy Hyperbaric Chamber

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy uses atmospheric pressure to raise your body’s oxygen levels by 35% to regenerate and repair damaged cells. It is a very safe non medical treatment and improves general well being and stimulates the body’s healing process.
